Supported review sources
Connectors need the right provider access and location details. For other supported sources, import a CSV export manually.
Live connections
Automatic sync is available for supported Google, Yelp, and Tripadvisor connections when required access and identifiers are in place. A Google Business Profile URL by itself does not sync reviews.
Manual imports
Supported CSV imports include Booking.com, Expedia, Google Reviews, Yelp, and Tripadvisor. CSV imports do not create a live connection.
