Which review sources can I connect or import?

Automatic live sync is supported for Google, Yelp, and Tripadvisor with the required owner-provided API access and business or location identifiers. You can save a public Google Business Profile URL as a Google Reviews source, but the URL does not sync reviews; import Google Reviews separately by CSV. CSV import supports Google Reviews, DoorDash, Grubhub, Yelp, Tripadvisor, Facebook Reviews, Foursquare, Booking.com, Expedia, and Zomato. Use the custom mapper for other compatible exports. CSV imports are manual and never set up live sync.

What does AI do with a review?

AI can create and regenerate an editable response draft using the saved restaurant profile as context. That draft assistant is designed for restaurant workflows; hotel teams can still write or edit a reply and approve it in the review record. MorselMinder does not post a response for you.

Can I edit and approve a response?

Yes. You can edit and save a draft or approve it. Approval only changes the saved response status; nothing is sent from MorselMinder. Copy the response and post it on the review platform yourself.

Reviews flagged urgent appear in the MorselMinder Complete alerts queue. Owners can triage the review and record complaint follow-up with a responsible owner and due date.
